According to the most recent issue of Famitsu, a popular Japanese video game publication, a new installment of Techmo’s action packed Ninja Gaiden series will make the leap to the PlayStation3. Comments made earlier this month by Ninja Gaiden creator Tomonobu Itagaki led fans of the series to believe that "Ninja Gaiden 2" would stay true to Microsoft and be an Xbox 360 title. Are we now to believe that it will be a multi-platform game? Details about the PS3 title have yet to be confirmed, so it is possible that the Ninja Gaiden in question might be just a beefed up port of the Xbox’s Ninja Gaiden Black. What ever happened to console loyalty?
